With the Facelift Idea Portal the Product Management seeks to gather input from the users of Facelift. The structure is divided into three categories: under consideration, planned and launched.
💡 The portal does not have a claim to completeness since we are working on several topics that are not explicitly mentioned here.

👷♂️ Planned: This tab contains topics we are going to solve. We might be working out the solutions, implementing them or doing beta tests already. The card details tell you how you can contribute. In any case, your telling us if a topic is important to you is highly appreciated and helpful.
🙋♀️ Under consideration: This tab contains problems we are currently discovering in detail. These topics are relevant because they potentially have a high user and business impact. However, the solution to those problems might not be developed yet. As a user, you can participate in solving the problem. We are highly interested if you are faced with these problems and how you are currently coping with them.
🚀 Launched: Here you can find the topics that have been launched already. This tab does not contain all the features that have been released. We recommend checking the Changelog and the Product Updates.

For all the cards on the portal, you can add your importance rating and a text about why the topic is important to you. Simply click on the card and find the options underneath the description. Then submit your input 🙌

If a problem you are facing or a feature you want is not already planned or considered, you can submit your idea on the portal. Your submission will be sent to the Product Management's inbox.

After you've submitted your insights, you can see them on the card for reference. Your input is immediately added to our internal insights inbox and assigned to the responsible Product Manager. Every week, our Discovery Teams go through the submitted input and process it. The input is used throughout our development process to define problems and discover solutions.

The portal is not a forum for discussion. Its purpose is to collect input from our users to be reviewed and used by Product Management.

You can reach the Idea Portal with the following URL: https://lets-go.facelift-cloud.com/#/idea.
If you cannot open that URL, the Facelift start page Home is not enabled in your permission set. 💡 How can the start page be set up?
Please contact your admin. They can activate it for you.
