How KPI can be displayed differently

💡 X is formerly known as Twitter.

There can be differences between KPIs in Facelift and those directly on X for various reasons.

Example: Number of followers

While X shows, e.g. 53 new followers for a certain period, the widget in the Dashboard shows 58 new followers for the same period. The statistics in Facelift refer exclusively to the total number - new or dropped followers cannot be measured separately here.

Differences can also arise from retrieving the numbers at different times, as Facelift synchronises with X numbers several times a day but does not do so permanently. Also, keep in mind that the day change in Facelift is based on Universal Time (UTC). This may be different on X.

Example: Number of posts

On X, 18 new posts are displayed. In Facelift, 14 new posts are displayed. The time at which this number was retrieved can be decisive for this discrepancy (see above). In addition, fewer new posts may be displayed: Posts made in response to previous posts are not included here.
