Add new profiles from Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) and YouTube to an already created benchmarking group. These can be your own profiles or those of your competitors, which can be compared with each other.
👑 Benchmarking is only included in certain Facelift plans and add-ons. Find out about plans and prices here.
Add Benchmarking Profiles
Adding profiles is easy: Click on + Add Profile in the top right corner.
Then use the search function to look for the desired profile and add it via the plus button. You can add the profile of your own company or the profile of a competitor.
Your own profiles do not count towards your contractually agreed number of benchmarking profiles. You can therefore add as many of your own profiles as you wish.
Profiles of the following social media platforms can be added to the benchmarking and compared with each other: Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube.
In order to view the KPI's of an added profile, it must be added to a benchmarking group. You can add it to as many other groups as you like.
💡 Please note that the KPI's are only displayed from the time when the profile was added (historical data for benchmarking profiles).
💡 If the social media profile you are looking for is not found immediately, try to enter the URL of the profile in the search field. This procedure will help to find a profile.
Benchmarking Profillimit
The number of profiles you can add in Benchmarking depends on the account quota. You can see here how many profiles are remaining to watch.
💡 A profile can only be removed 28 days after it has been added and, if necessary, replaced by a new profile.
💡 If the profile limit of the account is reached, a larger contingent can be booked at any time. Simply contact your Facelift Admin, who will then has to contact the Facelift contact person.
Synchronise benchmarking profiles
To synchronise your own profiles that are linked to Facelift and thus not increase the number of profiles already in use, click on Sync profiles in the Profiles area in the top right-hand corner.
After all your profiles have been synchronised, they will be marked with a blue flag.
Historical data for benchmarking profiles
In benchmarking, the KPI's are only displayed from the time the profile was added to the database. A large number of profiles are already in the database without you having to add them. Therefore, historical data on the desired profile is often already available to you.
If a profile was added by you for the first time, the data is synchronised from then on.
💡 Limit the observation period to be able to see data for a recently added profile.
💡 When transitioning the benchmarking analysis to Analyze, we migrated the benchmarking data starting from May 15, 2024.
