The Facelift AI assistant, which can be found in Orchestrate and Engage Preview, helps you to create postings, formulate and optimize your replies. We use the GPT-4 model, which can understand, process, and generate natural language.
Based on that technology, Facelift AI will make your everyday work more efficient.
👑 At the moment the AI Assistant is available to every customer for free but with a limited usage quota. We reserve the right to discontinue free use at any time.
Using Facelift AI in Orchestrate
In Orchestrate Facelift AI will assist you in creating content for your posts and support you in adapting images to the network-specific regulations.
Post Creation
If you are in the post creation, you can reach Facelift AI by clicking on the orange robot icon in the text field, which opens a new window.
You can create or insert content yourself and let Facelift AI make suggestions or try out how it works using the examples shown. Depending on the length of your text, it may take up to 10 seconds to create proposals. Please follow OpenAI's terms and conditions and our Terms of Service while using Facelift AI. The quality of generated suggestions depends on your input. You can learn more about this in the section Syntax.
💡Note that the usage is limited to 50,000 tokens per client per month. Tokens are not the number of inserted characters but rather syllables of words. Read more about tokens.

Here's what you can do with Facelift AI´s help:
Create: Create texts and captions for your posts with it by putting in which content is relevant.
Summarize: If a post or a caption you have written is too long (for example, because there is a character limit in the selected network), it can summarise and shorten your content.
Paraphrase: You have a post that has performed well in the past but don't want to publish it again? Facelift AI can paraphrase it and create a new version.
Add jokes or emojis: Facelift AI can enrich your request with a suitable joke or emoji. This can increase the engagement rate of your post.

Smart Media Check and Optimization
When you add media files to your post, Facelift AI automatically checks them for network-specific regulations. If the media asset does not comply with the regulations, you will receive a warning. Images can be automatically adapted to the different specifications of each of your networks. So if the height, width, or aspect ratio doesn't quite fit, it can be automatically corrected by selecting the AI icon.

You can find Facelift AI in your answer field in Engage Preview. By clicking on the orange robot icon, it will open a new window.

The quality of the suggestions depends on your input. Therefore, describe precisely what you need. Information about the length of the post, the context and the style are also helpful.
Therefore, we have put together some examples of use for you.
Examples of use
"Add fitting/funny/happy emojis.": Facelift AI adds appropriate emojis to the suggestions.
"Summarize this text:...": It will summarize and shorten your input without losing the essential points.
"Paraphrase:...": It creates new text suggestions based on the following input that contains the same statement. This can be helpful if you want to reuse a great-performing post.
"Include stats showing...": The AI assistant works statistics into the suggestions by this addition. However, if you want to use them, check them for correctness before publishing.
"Include a joke".": It adds a fitting joke to your posting.
"Add hashtags.": Hashtags enrich your captions and improve the findability of your posts.
Terms of Service
The Facelift integration of the OpenAI API can be used without violating applicable law. No personal data is transmitted from Facelift to OpenAI. OpenAI will not use data submitted by customers via our API to train or improve their models. Any data sent through the API will be retained for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes for a maximum of 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
In addition, the following terms of service apply on our part:
The AI Assistant is offered without warranties; in particular, there is no claim that the AI Assistant is available or that its use is suitable for purposes intended by the user.
The user remains responsible for everything he does with the output generated by the AI Assistant.
The AI Assistant and the content it generates may not be used in a manner that violates any law or applicable contract.
The user may not use the AI Assistant in a manner designed to reconstruct its operation, e.g., underlying statistical models.
Due to the functioning of the AI Assistant, the user or his employer acquire rights of use, but not exclusive copyrights, to the output generated by the AI Assistant.
The AI Assistant may not be used to process personal data.
The use of the AI Assistant for the user's personal purposes is excluded.
