Facebook @mentions can be displayed and moderated in Engagement. However, the Facebook interface (API) comes with limitations.

The current state of the API allows user-related information about the author of a mention to be displayed only if the author is a page (company profile).

Mentions that are written by profiles (personal user profiles) cannot be distinctly attributed to users. You may still view them in Engagement and respond to them. They will be marked as having been made by Anonymous.
