The Instagram interface (API) that enables the delivery of Direct Messages to Facelift comes with some limitations by Instagram.

If you connected everything correctly and your Direct Messages seem to be incomplete, you can check the table to see if the missing message type is supported by the API and how it is displayed in Engagement.
