With the help of the Planner, you can see at a glance which posts are planned for the future, have already been published, have been drafted or are awaiting approval. For more details, the post preview is integrated into the calendar view. Various filter options allow you to determine which post sets are displayed. You can also customize and save the view of the calendar.

You can switch between different calendar views in your Postplan. In addition to the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual views, you can freely select the period displayed.

You can also use filters to customize your view further. You can choose from the following filters:

You can save the personalized view so you do not have to set it again after leaving the calendar view. This also forms the basis for the upcoming option to share calendar views.

You can display the preview of planned post sets within the calendar. Click once on the post you want to see in detail to open the preview view on the right-hand side. Here you can see how the post will look on the scheduled networks. You can switch between mobile and desktop view. Information on the status, publication time, selected profiles and internal assignments is also displayed. Double-click on the post to open editing.

Natively published posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok are seamlessly integrated into your calendar. These posts will contain the tag "native". You can preview these posts directly in the sidebar and even filter for native posts to create custom views tailored to your workflow. Custom views allow you to focus on specific content types, platforms, or campaigns, giving you greater clarity and control over your social media strategy.
