👑 Events and campaigns are only included in certain Facelift plans and add-ons. Find out about plans and prices here.
Events and campaigns help you to map your social media strategy in the Post Plan and to structure your posts even better. They are highlighted in colour above the posts in your Post Plan. To create an event or a campaign, simply click on the small arrow next to the Create Post button. Posts can be assigned to events and campaigns.
Events
Events give you the opportunity to record important events or milestones in your Post Plan. They are displayed in the top level of the post calendar and are marked with a calendar symbol including a small star.
You can assign your posts to an existing event in the post creation.
In the creation of events, you have various options for personalisation.
In the first step, enter some general information.
Title: Name the event. The title will appear in the Post Plan.
Milestone: Mark the event as a milestone if you want to use it as such in your planning.
Status: You can choose between the three statuses Draft, Canceled and Active.
Event type: In the drop-down menu you can assign a type to the event. Event types are defined in the settings by your admin.
Date: Enter the date or the period in which the event should take place.
Description: Give your team members more details by writing an event description.
Contact person: Add contact persons who are responsible for the event in your company so that your team members know who to contact.
In the second step, you can assign different labels to the event. Labels are created by your company admin and can, for example, describe different products, departments or company divisions.
For each label type, you can select one or more labels to classify the event more precisely.
Finally, click on Create Event so that it appears in your Post Plan.
You can make changes at any time by clicking on the event in the Post Plan. You can also delete the event or change the team assignment to define who can see the event.
Events can be assigned to campaigns.
Campaigns
Create different campaigns in your Post Plan to align your content planning accordingly. Campaigns are displayed in the middle level of the post calendar, i.e. directly below the events and above the posts. They are marked with a calendar symbol (without a star).
When you create new posts in the Publisher, you can assign them to a campaign. Such posts are then also marked in your post calendar with a small calendar symbol in the campaign colour. In this way, you can see directly to which campaign they are assigned.
You can personalise campaigns according to your wishes. There are several ways to do this when you create a new campaign. First, enter some general information.
