How do I change my personal details?

By clicking on your name in the bottom left-hand corner, then clicking on 🔗Personal Settings you will see the option to change your name and password. If you have admin rights you will also be able to change details such as spaces and user rights for other users in the Admin settings.

How do I change my email address?

Due to data privacy, we cannot change the email address. Please go to 🔗users section and invite the "new" email address as a new Admin user.

After it is added as an Admin user, you can log in and go to and delete "old" user account. You will be prompted to transfer the "old" users dashboards and you can move them to the new user.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by clicking on the 🔗Security section and then Request password change email. Check your email inbox for the instructions.
