Important notes on data protection

๐Ÿ‘‰ Visibility
The activity log can only be activated and viewed by Company Admins.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Security
Security-relevant data, such as passwords and IP addresses, are never displayed clearly and are only stored in encrypted form. For IP addresses, the last digits are displayed in encrypted form.

๐Ÿ‘‰ User "facelift" in the log
Our technical support has the option to help you with the administration of your facelift. To do this, they can log into facelift from the perspective of one of your user accounts. All changes that a facelift employee makes in facelift are displayed as user "facelift". This way, you can see if one of you has changed something or if our support has helped you with a problem.
