In the Engagement section of the Facelift app, you can manage messages, comments and reviews, just like in the desktop version. Select an item to edit it. The context is displayed above the item - in case of a comment, the corresponding post. You can view more information by clicking on the text of the post.

Click on the three dots in the lower left corner of the currently selected item to open the context menu. Here you can tag, delete, like or translate the item. You can also open the content directly in the corresponding social network.

Swipe to the right to resolve an item. Swipe left to flag an item.

💡Images and videos from Instagram Stories can only be displayed for 24 hours. After that, a placeholder is shown.

You can also reply to comments and messages with response templates. If you have selected an item, you can choose your template via the symbol at the bottom left. Provided that the response template has been created in Facelift (desktop) and assigned to your team.

You can switch between the inbox for all items, your own inbox, the inbox of your team members, the no-owner inbox and the flagged messages.

If you want to change the inbox, click on the name of your current inbox. At the bottom of the list are the custom inboxes you can access. Here you will also find the search function, which shows you all open items, regardless of which person or inbox the items are currently assigned to.

In the Planner in the Facelift app, you will find a post overview of the last 7 days, along with all future posts. For each post, a status, the date and time, the selected tags, the campaign assignment and the internal briefing are displayed. Use the network tabs in the bottom bar to view the post for that network.

An overview of published and scheduled Instant Posts is also available in the Planner section.

You can view your scheduled and overdue Instagram posts for mobile publishing and start manual publishing. Scheduled story posts can be published this way easily.

Confirm the corresponding account in the Facelift app after publishing to avoid confusion when managing multiple accounts. Read more about Instagram Mobile Publishing in this article.

You can use Instant Posts to publish new posts on the go and have them appear in the Facelift post schedule. Publishing is possible as a status or single image post for Facebook, Instagram, X (formely known as Twitter) and LinkedIn. More about Instant Posts in this article.

With the necessary support permissions, you can contact our Facelift support directly from the app and search the knowledge base. You also have the possibility to share your feedback about the mobile app directly with us.
