Dashboards provide you with a wide range of functions, which we would like to introduce to you. Select a topic, and you will be taken directly to the corresponding article.

Search and find a dashboard

Search dashboards

If you have already created a large number of dashboards, you can search for a specific dashboard on the All Dashboards page. To do this, enter the tab name of the desired dashboard in the top right-hand corner. The corresponding results will then be displayed directly.

You can change the display of all dashboards using the tile or list button.

Sort dashboards

Sort the dashboard overview alphabetically in ascending or descending order by name, tab name or creation date.

Print and export a dashboard (PDF and Excel)

There are two ways to download data from the Dashboard. This section explains the different possibilities in more detail.

Export dashboard as PDF

  1. Click on the Print Preview button on the desired dashboard via the three-dot menu. The export or print preview will open in a new tab.

  2. Now click on Print.

  3. You can now select whether the dashboard is to be printed or saved as a PDF in the newly opened window after selecting a printer. Simply select the option PDF as printer or target output and save it.

💡 When creating the dashboard, you can specify a title and description. These will also appear on the exported PDF. Both title and description can be changed at any time if the appropriate rights are available.

💡 Admin only: Before exporting, a logo for the respective cover sheet can be uploaded in the dashboard settings. The title and description of the dashboard are also displayed on the cover sheet.

Export dashboards and widget data as Excel

👑 The export as Excel is only included in certain Facelift plans and add-ons. Find out about plans and prices here.

There are two ways to download data from the Dashboard as an Excel file:

  • Single widget: Download the data of the individual widgets as graphics or Excel file via the export button in the widget.

  • All widgets: Download the complete dashboard by clicking on the export button in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard. You will then receive an Excel file with a data sheet for each widget within a few seconds.

This way you can build your own local analytics center in the future, or prepare the data for further processing to other systems.

Team assignment

👑 The team assignment is only included in certain Facelift plans. Find out about plans and prices here.

Dashboards can be made accessible to certain teams. There are various options to choose from.

  1. Click on Team assignment in the three-dot menu of your dashboard

  2. Now select whether the dashboard is to be assigned to

    • only your teams (teams you are a part of)

    • all teams

    • an individual selection of teams

💡 For this, you can check the desired teams. Changes are immediately visible on the right-hand side.

  3. Don't forget to save your changes. All changes take effect immediately.
