With the help of our Analyze Product you can easily explore all the successes and statistics of your own social media profiles, as well as your benchmarking profiles.

It offers a swift glimpse into social media analytics via immediate data access, presenting essential metrics via pre-designed dashboards and narrative data visualization.

Pre-defined dashboards

In the Global section in the side bar, you will find cross-network dashboards that you can use to analyze and compare your posts from all your networks.

In addition, each network has its own tab, where there are the so-called deep dive dashboards, which deal with different topics for each network, such as posts or the audience.

In the header bar, you can make all the necessary settings for the dashboards, such as the desired profiles and the time period.

Header Bar

In the header bar in the left corner, you can make all the necessary settings for your dashboards:

1. Profile Selector:
In the header on the left, you'll find two Profile Selectors. One is for your own profiles, in the other you can select your desired benchmarking profiles. Use this drop-down menu to select one or more specific profiles or accounts you want to analyse.

👑 Benchmarking is only included in certain Facelift plans and add-ons. Find out about plans and prices here.

2. Date Range Selector:

Click on the Date Range Selector to choose the time period for which you want to view analytics data. You can select predefined ranges like Yesterday, Last 7 Days, or set a custom range using the calendar tool.

3. Help:
If you need support, click on Help in the right-hand corner of the header bar. This will open a drop-down menu where you can take a tour of the Analyze functions. You can also send us your feedback or report a bug.

4. Export Button:

In the left corner of the header, you'll find the Export Button. You can use this to export the dashboards and analytics data as PNG, PDF, XLSX or CSV.

💡 It is also possible to download individual metrics. Simply click on the download symbol in the right-hand corner of an individual metric.
