Storyboards help you organize and refine content ideas clearly and visually. Use buckets like Idea, Draft, Review, and Approved to track progress, and manage each card with tags, tasks, deadlines, owners, and all the necessary context. You can also attach links, media, and other assets to each card.

How to set up Storyboards

To create a new Storyboard, open the three‑dot menu next to the Storyboard selector and choose Create Storyboard. Enter a name, upload a background image, and define the color scheme, then click Create Storyboard.

Next, set up your buckets based on your workflows.

If you like, mark the Storyboard as a favorite from the three‑dot menu for quicker access.

How to use

New idea? Create a Storycard in the appropriate bucket, or click the Create Story button in the top-right corner. Add the story's basic details, attach relevant links, and, if helpful, use the briefing area for a short explanation.

Has the story progressed? Assign tasks to the right people directly from the Storycard to keep everything connected. Once tasks are assigned, you can display a progress bar. When all tasks are complete and the story is ready to go live, create the content piece and close the Storycard.

View settings

You can use the settings to tailor the Storyboards view to your workflow. Choose how tags are displayed, whether to show a task progress bar based on the story card’s assigned tasks, and whether archived stories should be visible inline. If you turn off inline visibility, archived stories will appear in the Archived folder.
