Within campaigns and events, tasks can be created and assigned to people. Make notes, create subtasks and check off completed tasks. The My Tasks section is your task board in Ideate. Here you can see all the tasks assigned to you so that you always have an overview.
Task Board
Task boards exist within campaigns and events. In addition, all tasks assigned to you are summarised under My Tasks. Both task boards work according to the same principle.
You see an overview of the tasks, divided into different columns, between which you can move the tasks via drag-and-drop. Simply check off completed tasks or partial tasks by ticking the box next to the task title.
The standard view divides the tasks into New, In Progress and Completed. To see this overview, select Progress from the drop-down menu at the top right of the screen.
In the My Tasks section, you can select Relation in this drop-down menu. The tasks are now sorted by related campaigns and events. Within a campaign / event, select Bucket to sort the tasks by categories of your choice.
Creating Tasks
Within objects in Ideate, tasks can be created and assigned to Facelift users. To see the tasks belonging to a campaign or event, click on an object in the calendar or in the list overviews. The inspector opens on the right-hand side. Click on Open Task Board to open the corresponding task board.
Now simply create tasks by clicking on Add task and enter a task title. You can also add a due date and assign the task directly to people.
Once the task is created, you have the option to specify further details by clicking on the task and opening it. Add further notes, a checklist with subtasks or attachments from your media library.
