Calendar

Plan, schedule and publish your content pieces.

Written by Michael Hasenberg

With the help of the Calendar, you can see which posts are planned for the future, have already been published, have been drafted or are awaiting approval. The post preview is integrated directly into the calendar view. Various filter options let you determine which post sets are displayed – and you can customise and save your view for future sessions.

Views & Filter

You can switch between different views in your calendar. In addition to the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual views, you can freely select the period displayed.

You can also use filters to customise your view further. The following filters are available:

  • Teams

  • Tags

  • Networks

  • Profiles

  • Profile Groups

  • Owners

  • Post Set Status

  • Last Updated

  • Creation Date

  • Creators

  • Object Types

Beyond these filters, you have additional display options to personalise your experience:

Frame View Options

  • Show Frames – Display or hide frames in your view.

  • Compact View – Enable a condensed layout for better space efficiency.

Post Set View Options

  • Compact Cards – Switch to a compact card layout.

  • Colored Cards – Apply colour coding to your cards for better visual organisation.

  • Show Images – Display images within your cards.

  • Show Tags – Display tags associated with your posts.

  • Slim Tags – Use a more compact tag design.

  • Prominent Borders – Emphasise card boundaries with stronger borders.

Each option can be toggled on or off to create the perfect view for your workflow. You can save your personalised view so you don't have to reconfigure it every time you return to the calendar.

Preview

You can display the preview of planned post sets directly within the calendar. Click once on a post to open the preview panel on the right-hand side – here you can see how the post will look on the scheduled networks and switch between mobile and desktop view. Information on the status, publication time, selected profiles and internal assignments is also displayed. Double-click on a post to open it for editing.

Native Posts

Natively published posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok are seamlessly integrated into your calendar and labelled with the tag "native". You can preview these posts directly in the sidebar and filter for native posts to create custom views tailored to your workflow.

Native-posted Instagram Stories are synced with the Calendar as well.
