In the Calendar, Campaigns, Events and Ideas sections of Ideate, you can create and save custom views using the various filter settings. Use these views to always see only the content that is relevant to you.
View Settings
In the four sections Calendar, Campaigns, Events and Ideas you have the option of displaying only certain object types. The selection varies depending on where you are located in Ideate.
You will find the settings in the upper right-hand corner under the eye symbol. Select the objects you want to see and confirm your selection by clicking on Apply.
Filters
In addition to setting which object types you want to see, you can make various other filter settings in Ideate sections Calendar, Campaigns, Events and Ideas. You will then only be shown the objects that match these settings.
To do this, click on the filter symbol in the upper right-hand corner and select one or more filters. The filters and filter settings are based on the settings you can make for the objects. Don't forget to click on Apply after you have set your filters.
Save and open custom views
Once you have composed a suitable view with the help of the settings and/or the filters, you can save it so that you can always access it.
To do this, click on Save as or Save changes. You can now give the view a title and select who can see the view in the Campaigns, Events and Ideas sections. Views in the Calendar section are always private. By clicking on the three-dot menu next to the view title, you can change the title and the team assignment or delete the view at any time.
To access views you have saved or that have been shared with you, click on the title of the current view and select the respective view from the drop-down menu.
