The Post Set View Options in the Orchestrate Calendar let you customise how your post sets are displayed – so you always have the view that works best for you.

Frame View Options

  • Show Frames – Show or hide frames (e.g. campaigns and events) in the calendar.

  • Compact View – Display frames in a more compact layout.

Post Set View Options

The following options control how post set cards are displayed in the calendar:

  • Compact Cards – Displays post set cards in a smaller, more condensed format. Ideal if you want to see as many posts as possible at a glance.

  • Colored Cards – Adds a colour-coded background to each card based on the post status (e.g. red for "Failed", green for "Successful"), making it easy to spot the status of your posts at a glance.

  • Show Images – Displays the post's preview image on the card.

  • Show Tags – Shows the tags assigned to a post set on the card.

  • Slim Tags – Displays tags in a more compact, space-saving style.

  • Prominent Borders – Adds more visible borders around the cards.

How to open the View Options

  1. Open the Calendar in Orchestrate.

  2. Click the settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right area of the toolbar.

  3. The View Options panel opens – toggle the desired options on or off.

Your settings are applied immediately and saved for your next session.
