Request new users directly from within Facelift by clicking the Purchase additional users button in the admin user settings. The chat and your inputs will be sent directly to our Customer Success Team.

You will then receive some information about the product or feature and get in touch with our team. You also have the possibility to contact us via chat (or form) as described above. If you are not in the trial period, you have to cancel your contract in writing, adhering to the agreed cancellation period (usually 3 months before the next contract period). The best way is to contact your Customer Success Expert or contact us via chat (or form) as described above.
You do not have to cancel if you are in our free Facelift trial. Your account will be deactivated and deleted automatically within a certain period. See more here.

The contract was sent to your company at the start of the contractual period. Your invoice will be sent according to your contractually agreed payment interval. However, you can also contact us anytime via chat (or form) as described above, and we will help you further.
