Bulk Actions allow you to edit multiple items in your feed at once. You can resolve, tag, or assign items to another person.

You can select the items in your feed in three different ways:

After selecting, you can then assign, tag, or close the checked items. In Engage you can also remove tags.

In Engage Preview you also have the option of deselecting individual messages after using the bulk selection.

💡 The bulk action can NOT be undone. Please also note that longer loading times may occur when processing larger numbers of items.
