If you have the admin rights to a X account and wish to see more in-depth data, you have the option to upgrade your package and connect to X Analytics in Facelift Data Studio. You'll see metrics and dashboards in the tool that have a little key sign on them. These metrics can be used with Analytics connected accounts only. You can read more about how to upgrade and about the available X Analytics data here.

Once the feature is enabled in your package you can easily connect your account/s:

You'll be asked to login with your X account:

If the admin rights or the credentials of a X Account have changed, you'll have to update your connection. To do this, just find the account you wish to update in the Profiles section, click on the three dots and click "Update X Analytics". You'll see a window pop up where you can click "Update" and enter your login details.

You can also disconnect from an account from X Analytics by clicking the "Disconnect" button. Please note, that if your quarterly contract period with the enabled X Analytics feature is still ongoing, disconnecting the account will not disable this feature.

If you don't wish to continue using the X Analytics feature after this quarterly period, please reach out to our support team to request to cancel it.

If you need to connect a page to Analytics in Facelift Data Studio but don't directly have the admin rights you can use an external link to ask the admin to connect the page. They don't have to be a user in Facelift Data Studio to do this. Again, you just need to find the page you wish to connect and click on the 3 dots on the right side then click "Connect X Analytics". If you click "Get link" on the pop-up window, you'll see a short link that you can send to the admin. The admin will simply need to follow the same steps as described above after clicking on the link. Please note that the link expires in 7 days.
