Manual Sentiment Rating

Keep track of the mood of your community

You can rate elements in your feed with a mood emoji. You can rate the sentiment positively, neutrally or negatively.

💡 Direct messages cannot be rated individually if they are sent from the same profile. Instead, the rating applies to the entire conversation.

The sentiment rating

This sentiment rating applies to a single item received from your community. It does not apply to the entire conversation. You can change the sentiment of an item at any time.

You can also filter your feed according to the different sentiments, as well as use the corresponding widget for evaluation.

💡 The sentiment analysis must be carried out by a person and does not work automatically.

Facelift AI helps you better understand and react to your audience with AI-powered sentiment detection and anomaly alerts. Posts and comments are tagged as positive, neutral, or negative only when the confidence is high, giving you reliable insights with minimal errors. You keep full control by adjusting sentiment manually whenever needed.

To protect your brand, anomaly detection notifies you when unusual spikes in negative sentiment appear. Thresholds for alerts can be defined directly in the settings, giving you flexibility to decide when the system should notify you. With automated checks every ten minutes per network and email alerts triggered by the rules you set, you can act before issues escalate, even outside working hours.
