X Account Insights
In this widget we show you charts for different KPIs.
Current: Selected period
Previous: Previous period
The previous period is automatically defined, it is immediately before the selected period. Both time periods are of equal length.
Example:

💡 If you hover over the graphs with your mouse, the exact data at the selected time will be displayed.
The following KPIs are available:
Likes History: Shows the history of the post likes given by the account for the selected period, as well as the history of the post likes given by the account in the previous period.
Followers History: Shows the development of the followers for the selected period, as well as the history of the followers in the previous period.
Friends History: Shows the development of the X users subscribed to the profile over the selected period and of the previous period.
Hashtag History: Shows the number of used hashtags in posts and mentions in the selected time period.
Mentions History: Shows the development of mentions for the selected period, as well as the history of mentions in the previous period.
Replies History: Shows the history of the replies over the selected period as well as the history of the replies in the previous period.
Reposts History: Shows the history of the frequency of reposts of your own posts, as well as the previous period.
Posts, Replies & Reposts: Shows the number of posts, replies and reposts for the selected time period and their relationship to each other.
Posts History: Shows the history of the posts over the selected period, as well as the history of the posts in the previous period.
X KPIs
With this widget you can display various KPIs for your selected accounts.
Follower: Shows the total number of followers on the final day of the selected time period.
Interactions: Shows the total number of interactions on your posts for the selected time period.
Likes: Shows the history of the post likes given by the account for the selected period.
Mentions: Shows the total number of mentions for the selected time period.
Posts: Shows the total number of posts for the selected time period.
Replies: Shows the total number of replies on your posts for the selected time period.
Reposts: Shows the total number of reposts for the selected time period.
Engagement X KPIs
Shows a list of your X accounts as well as the number of open items in the Engagement Inbox for these accounts.
Left column (single person): Open items in Engagement that are assigned to you.
Middle column (two people): Open items in Engagement that are assigned to others.
Right column (mailbox): Open items in Engagement that are not assigned to any owner.
X Post Performance
The widget shows you how well your posts performed.
In the widget, you can see a short preview of your posts and the type of post. In addition, further KPIs are displayed for your posts:
Likes: Total number of likes on your post.
Replies: Number of replies to your post.
Reposts: Number of reposts of your post.
Quotes: How often your post was quoted.
Link Clicks: Number of clicks on a link in your post.
Profile Clicks: Number of clicks on your profile from your post.
Impressions: How many times the post has been viewed. Only available for posts that have been posted within the past 90 days.
My X Posts
This widget shows you your latest posts of the selected X accounts. The number can be defined in the field Limit and is between at least 10 and a maximum of 100 posts.
In addition, you have the option to filter by campaigns and tags from the publisher.
