While creating a dashboard or report, you can add a wide range of different widgets. This article explains how it works.

Add widgets

To add a widget, either select the desired widget from the catalogue or narrow the selection down by Facelift areas or topics. To add a selected widget to your dashboard, simply drag and drop it onto the dashboard or report.

Update widget

The options for configuration differ between the widget types. In most cases, the first important selection is the source of the data, e.g. a Facebook page. A time period for the widget content can often be selected here.

After saving your configuration, the data is immediately visible in the widget. If this is not the case, click the reload button. Then, repeat the configuration steps for each new widget.

Duplicate widget

You can add a widget to your dashboard several times and configure it differently. For example, to display the development of the likes and the total reach on your dashboard. Use the clone function for this.

Edit widget

After selecting a widget from the catalogue, you can configure a widget by clicking on the cog icon.

Explanations of various settings options for widgets:

  • Content Limit: The post, video, or content limit sets the list of content displayed to the desired number (Example: if the Post Limit value is 10, then 10 posts will be displayed).

  • Offset: With Offset you can move the list of contents (Example: The first 10 contents should be skipped. With the entry Offset: 10 only the

elements starting from the 11th element are shown).

Delete widget

Click on the bin to remove the widget from your dashboard.
